Aagam's knowledge around lending space is phenomenal ! You never know what your capacity(borrowing) or what is feasible unless you talk to mortage brokers like Aagam. He was confident with the timeline and helped to choose right lender for my requirement which is really important when I had very short timeline and specific scenario. Cherry on the top, he got the LMI wavier approved which I never thought would be possible. I highly recommend Aagam to anyone who is looking for a best mortage broker ! P.S Don't judge a book by its cover, don't judge a person by their age :) it is just a number!
